Production Kitchen Sous Chef responsible for directly supervising kitchen team members during shifts, upholding top-quality food preparation standards, managing inventory and training staff, assisting the Room Chef in department operations, ensuring sanitation and safety, addressing guest issues promptly, and adhering to all policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of teamwork and guest experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Serv-Safe (Food Sanitation Management) certification within 120 days of employment
  • Responsible Alcohol Management Program training
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) to team members
  • Ability to complete the pre-employment process and work flexible shifts, including holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal communication in English
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Proven track record of sound judgment
  • Cooperative, helpful, and friendly demeanor
  • Previous relevant kitchen experience
  • Prolonged standing and walking; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
