Job Summary
Sous Chef at Pasta Evangelists in Harrods (London, UK): support the Head Chef in kitchen operations, lead service in Head Chef's absence, prepare and present fresh pasta dishes to high standards, monitor food quality and presentation, train and develop junior chefs, ensure food safety and health regulations, manage stock and waste, assist with menu development and seasonal specials, maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, collaborate with front-of-house, and contribute to achieving KPIs and food-cost objectives.
