Job Summary
Assist in menu planning and recipe development while supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee ingredient freshness and availability. Uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness in alignment with our farm-to-table philosophy. This role requires at least three years of professional kitchen experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong leadership skills. Located in Medina, OH, the position offers free shift meals, PTO, and comprehensive health benefits after 30 days.
