Job Summary
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations for Cheeky under The Neighborhood Dining Group. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation; train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and strong team performance; oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in all kitchen areas; collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service; assist with scheduling, inventory, prep execution, and ordering; maintain a hands-on presence during all meal periods, including prep, service, and breakdown.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, in a management or lead-line cook position.
