Job Summary
Sous Chef role at Naked Farmer leading culinary and hospitality excellence in a scratch-based kitchen. Responsible for guiding and mentoring the culinary team, training across stations, executing recipes to standards, coordinating prep and inventory, managing stock and DOH food-safety protocols, opening/closing duties, and addressing guest concerns. Requires leadership in a high-volume kitchen, strong cooking skills, and a team-first mindset. Benefits include profit-sharing, vacation, health coverage, and opportunities for career progression. Location-based at Naked Farmer’s Sarasota, FL restaurants with in-person shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong culinary abilities and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to mentoring chefs and nurturing growth into future restaurant leaders
