Job Summary

Seeking a Sous Chef for Morrison Healthcare to lead culinary department operations in acute care settings, responsible for menu planning, supervision, and catering events.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Desired Qualifications

  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Catering experience a plus
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
  • Institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office
  • ServSafe certified - highly desirable
