Job Summary
As Sous Chef at Toby Carvery - Stonebridge Island you will lead a kitchen section, train and inspire your team, and step up to lead in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll support food ordering, food preparation and stock control, master a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed. You will manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team, overseeing smooth kitchen operations and helping your guests have a memorable experience.
