Job Summary
As a Sous Chef at the Castleton location, you will lead a kitchen section, train and inspire your team, assist the Head Chef with food ordering, stock control and menu execution, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. You’ll manage Chefs and the Kitchen Team, uphold branded menus, drive performance, and help deliver a welcoming guest experience.
