Job Summary
As Sous Chef you will run a section, train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of, assist the Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control, and master the art of working with a branded menu. You will be responsible for managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team and ensuring health and hygiene regulations are followed, stepping up to lead in the Head Chef’s absence.
