Job Summary
As Sous Chef, partner with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional food quality, develop team members, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Lead daily kitchen operations, train and coach line cooks and prep team members, maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards, support inventory management, ordering, and cost controls, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture, and step into leadership roles as needed to support overall restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong culinary knowledge
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
