Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen operations as Sous Chef, directly perform culinary tasks, and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production. Responsible for supervising all kitchen areas, maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, managing production planning and budgeting, developing staff, and delivering exceptional guest and employee satisfaction through hands-on involvement and strong leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
