Job Summary
Sous Chef at Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan responsible for the overall success of daily kitchen operations, leading staff, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining sanitation and food-handling standards, managing production planning, and assisting Executive Chef with kitchen operations and guest satisfaction. Must supervise cooks and kitchen workers, uphold food safety regulations, develop and present menu items, monitor inventory/purchasing, and foster a collaborative team environment within a Marriott International hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management with 2 years of related experience
