Job Summary
As a Sous Chef, oversee the daily kitchen operations in collaboration with the Head Chef, liaise with the culinary team on food production, set ups and event timings, assist in ensuring quality, consistency and production of responsibilities, maintain organization of your section for efficient service, understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence, ensure compliance with Work, Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards, and contribute creatively to menu design and outlet concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
