Sous Chef

Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily activities, supervising salad, soup, and other cases while consulting on order timing and production schedules. Stock products, assist customers, and maintain inventory of fresh supplies. Work closely with Meat, Seafood, Produce, and Grocery departments, train and evaluate employees, and maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and staff. Adhere to Health and Safety sanitation requirements. Applicants must have a current Food Handler card, at least one year of experience, and availability for any shift including weekends.
