Job Summary
MFG is seeking an experienced Sous Chef responsible for sourcing and receiving high-quality ingredients, developing and teaching recipes, organizing teams, overseeing professional service, maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and managing scheduling and inventory within budget. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in the kitchen and 4 years in a quality-driven high-volume setting, along with a culinary diploma or equivalent experience. A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential, with proficiency in verbal Spanish as a plus.
Required Qualifications
