Job Summary
Lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume Italian kitchen, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organization while upholding strict food safety and sanitation standards. Mentor and supervise staff, manage labor and food costs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain authentic flavors and consistent execution of menus and specials. Nights and weekends are required. Qualifications include 2+ years as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; proven leadership, organizational skills, and a track record of accountability and problem-solving.
