Job Summary
Join a well-established Italian restaurant as a Sous Chef/Line Cook responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency. Assist in menu planning and development, manage inventory control, and supervise kitchen staff while ensuring compliance with health regulations. Ideal candidates will have proven culinary experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of food safety standards. A culinary degree or equivalent experience and expertise in Italian cuisine are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or Line Cook in fine dining or catering environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and shift supervision

- Excellent cooking skills with proficiency in various cooking techniques

- 2 years of experience in Italian cuisine
