Job Summary
Assist the Executive Chef in supervising all kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff training, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations; monitor inventory levels, manage food orders, and control costs. Collaborate on seasonal menus, special event dishes, and new recipe development to enhance culinary offerings. Uphold sanitation and safety standards, train and mentor staff, optimize kitchen efficiency, and address member feedback and equipment concerns. Develop and implement procedures to improve kitchen operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar position in a high-end dining or club environment.
