Job Summary
Sous Chef and Kitchen Assistant Manager role at Heritage Court Senior Living in Menomonee Falls, WI. Runs as a full-time culinary leadership position supporting the executive chef, assisting with daily culinary and administrative tasks, and stepping in for executive chef in their absence. Responsible for kitchen operations including maintaining order, inventory management, purchase orders, training and cross-training culinary staff, and ensuring sanitation and infection-control practices. Focus on resident service and dignity, collaboration with staff, and providing customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
