Job Summary
Oversee daily culinary operations for 13 Coins, managing meal production, inventory, and food safety while leading a team of cooks and dishwashers. Develop new staff positions through recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring ongoing training and performance evaluations. Manage margin edge by uploading invoices and coordinate with facilities for kitchen repairs. Adhere to federal, state, and local requirements for warehousing and shipping, advising management on needed support. Prioritize tasks to meet client needs and programmatic objectives in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree or the equivalent in years of experience
- Three to five or more years with high volume production
- Washington State Food Handlers card
- Current Food Safety Manager accreditation
- Ability to become certified in Food Safety Manager accreditation
