Job Summary
Lead kitchen staff as Sous Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrence, overseeing sanitation, safety, and daily operations. Direct supervisory responsibilities, schedule staff to meet labor forecasts, train new hires, coordinate with the Executive Chef on budgets, manage inventory and purchasing, maintain organization of kitchen storage and labeling per health standards, interact with clients for catering and events, and ensure professional appearance and confidentiality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain cleanliness and compliance across kitchen areas. Performs other duties as assigned.
