Job Summary

As Sous-Chef, you will support menu planning with the Head Chef, lead food preparation and kitchen management, supervise staff, oversee workflow, and ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, taste, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help maintain inventory, minimize waste, train and mentor kitchen staff, and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality dishes and collaboration within the kitchen team.
