Job Summary

As a Sous Chef deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away. You will be responsible for preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients, bringing new ideas, and creating fresh dishes while bringing out the best in the kitchen team. You will take pride in every successful service and ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety. The role involves leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, supporting induction and training, and contributing to continuous learning and development.
