Sous Chef

Deputy to the Head Chef in a busy kitchen at The Rising Sun, Bashley (New Milton, England). Responsible for taking full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients, and bringing new, creative dishes to the menu. Lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring pride in every service. Must demonstrate hygiene standards and food safety awareness to maintain high-quality food production.
