Job Summary
Deputy to the Head Chef in The Links Tavern kitchen; take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and lead the kitchen team to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes; develop new ideas and ensure high standards of service and food safety. Must have hygiene qualification and solid food knowledge with strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and consistent service.
