Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations for a busy production kitchen supplying food to the Garden Centre restaurant, including supervising and motivating the kitchen team. Manage counter service operations for the Carvery and Pizza Oven sections. Assist in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers 38 hours per week with alternate weekends, no split shifts, and a salary from £31,000 DOE.
