Job Summary
Assist with training and supervising kitchen personnel while upholding Evermore Culture. Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine to develop menus, prepare meats and seafood, and manage food orders. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization, meet food safety standards, and effectively communicate with kitchen staff. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional guest service. Must possess culinary experience and serve safe certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years’ experience in an upscale kitchen
- 2 years’ management experience
- SERV Safe Certified
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and rotating schedule.
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred.
- Must have the Spirit of Hospitality
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity in all situations.
- Effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns.
