Job Summary
Sous Chef to join Coast Calgary University District Hotel leadership team. Collaborate with Executive Chef to guide culinary operations, lead and develop the kitchen team, design and price menus, manage food inventory and labour costs to meet financial targets, ensure health & safety compliance, and deliver high guest service. Requires Chef de Cuisine certification or equivalent, Red Seal, and Food Safe certification; 4+ years related experience; strong leadership, budgeting, and customer-service skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
