Job Summary
The Chef team is accountable for the overall success of kitchen operations, with a focus on coaching hourly staff, promoting accountability, and driving profitability through sales and cost control. Responsibilities include providing training, leadership, and coaching to hourly employees to achieve the highest standards in restaurant operations; building relationships and fostering a positive, motivated team; using data to optimize restaurant health; and executing the company’s purpose of Enabling Happiness and Ensuring Loyalty with Every Interaction. Strong emphasis on leadership, team development, and operational excellence in a high-volume, upscale kitchen environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; proficiency with MS Office tools is noted as a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years high volume, upscale Chef/Sous Chef experience with a strong track record of progressive career growth (within one company a plus)
