Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen communications and operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef; liaise with the culinary team on food production, set ups and timings for daily events; ensure quality, consistency and production of responsibilities with attention to detail; maintain organization to keep the section clean and running efficiently during each service; understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence; ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards; contribute creatively to menu design and outlet concepts; enjoy benefits including meals, training resources, referral incentives, birthday perk, and Marriott associate discounts; working rights in Australia; banquet-focused Sous Chef role in a luxury hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
