Job Summary
Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality meals for restaurant service, weddings, banquets, and special events. Coordinate food service for golf outings and monitor food quality, productivity, and kitchen efficiency while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Help train and support kitchen staff to ensure outstanding customer service across all dining experiences. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events within a fast-paced environment at MV Golf & Event Center.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least one year of Sous Chef experience
- Knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events
Desired Qualifications
