Job Summary

Develop and create new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand while assisting with meal design preparation. Supervise team members through training plans, performance evaluations, scheduling, and inventory management. Implement safety and sanitation regulations by training new staff in these areas. Manage kitchen operations and staff in the Executive Chef's absence, providing support for junior employees with line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating. Report to the Director of Food and Beverage and collaborate across Timbers and Banquets. This full-time leadership role in Nebraska City requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support weddings, conferences, and seasonal festivals.

Required Qualifications
