Job Summary
As Sous Chef, lead kitchen operations, supervise line staff and dish team, manage inventory and supplier orders, ensure food quality and consistency, execute private and brand events, maintain sanitation and safety, and train/develop team to achieve high-volume service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- 3-4 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Experience with inventory systems and supplier ordering
- Event/Catering experience (preferred)
- Proficient in kitchen operations, prep systems, and safety protocols
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
