Job Summary
As a Sous Chef, you will manage shifts in a high-volume open kitchen, ensure adherence to recipes and sanitation standards, oversee ingredient knowledge and culinary trends, coach and develop the culinary team, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with POS and inventory systems to deliver memorable dining experiences at The Twelve Thirty Club.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume culinary management experience
- Demonstrate working understanding of business operations and financials
- Manage shifts including scheduling and planning
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Demonstrate ingredient knowledge and understanding of culinary trends
- Ensure adherence to recipes, safety practices and sanitation standards
