Job Summary
Experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Peruvian cuisine to support kitchen operations. Responsible for ensuring high-quality dishes, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, leading kitchen staff, conducting daily shift briefings, communicating with Outlet Managers, developing and presenting creative menus, and engaging with guests. Must have knowledge of Peruvian ingredients and cooking techniques, oversee both a la carte and buffet preparation, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, follow kitchen policies and safety policies, and contribute to menu development and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
