Job Summary
Hands-on kitchen leadership role overseeing BOH operations, food quality, inventory management, scheduling, labor management, and service execution. Lead and develop kitchen staff, maintain standards, manage food and labor costs, and ensure recipe and portion consistency. Collaborate with ownership, drive operational improvements, and mentor team members while supporting menu execution and staff development. Five-day workweek with nights, weekends, and holidays required in a established scratch kitchen focused on consistency and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
- Strong inventory and ordering experience
- Food cost and labor management experience
- Team leadership and training experience
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
