Sous Chef at The Westgate pub with rooms in Winchester. 4-day working week with 48 hours over four days. You will lead and develop kitchen staff, design and deliver menus and daily specials alongside the Head Chef, manage the kitchen rota and health and safety, and drive GP and labour controls while helping to grow sales through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
