Job Summary
Sous Chef at 2Unique Catering Company leads kitchen production and event execution, supporting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef; responsible for producing daily catering operations across drop-off, station-style, and multi-course menus, maintaining quality, inventory, sanitation, and safety standards; supervises culinary staff, trains team on recipes and techniques, assists with scheduling and workflow, and leads on-site kitchen setup and event execution while coordinating with FOH teams and clients; requires 1–2 years of Sous Chef experience, ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and ability to work nights/weekends; physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
