Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve best total value by managing the seven steps of the sourcing process, including spend analysis, market research, supplier due diligence, and contract management. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers using industry cost models, develop RFX, and lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contract terms with senior management. Perform analysis of financial and business data to support supply base development, manage key supplier relationships, and mitigate risk while maintaining market-leading positions. Work in an agile environment with a large supply base to meet business demands, utilizing sourcing systems and data analysis tools to drive real change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with legal language and terminologies related to contracting
- Willingness to work a flexible shift to meet project completion requirements
- Willingness to continuously learn new tools, solutions, and emerging technologies
- Valid right to work in Ireland
- Must be able to work in a hybrid role with defined work location including work from home and assigned office days
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing
- Certifications in CPSM/CPM/CIPS/CSCP
- Ability to draft the Statement of works/Master agreements/Amendments independently
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite & Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences
- Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting tools and ability to develop measurable insights from data
