Job Summary
Shape category sourcing plans using business priorities, market insights, and supplier opportunities. Build and manage supplier relationships through contracting, negotiations, performance reviews, and risk management. Partner with product teams to bring supplier perspectives into early project development and optimization decisions. Deliver forecasting activities that secure the right capacities and capabilities across the supply base. Support innovation and digitalization initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across regions and categories. This role works closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and supplier partners while supporting both regional and global sourcing activities. Success is measured through productive collaboration, commercial delivery, governance compliance, and thoughtful attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
