Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist responsible for global sourcing of paper-based materials, including release liners, coordinating material trials and supplier inputs, leading RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, and developing supplier KPI metrics to monitor quality, delivery, service, and cost. Delivers data-driven analysis and dashboards on cost, availability, and innovation; serves as liaison across R&D, plant operations, quality, and procurement; supports category strategies and supplier qualification efforts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in purchasing/supply chain, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 onsite days per week at the Sarasota, FL headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain in manufacturing environment
- Experience finding, qualifying, assessing, and auditing suppliers, including international
- Travel is required (up to 20%)
- This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2–3 days onsite at the Sarasota, FL headquarters
