Sourcing Specialist

Manage quarterly RFQ processes for domestic and overseas suppliers while driving cost savings, MOQ, and lead time optimization. Validate supplier quotation data, complete reports for customer approval, and submit pricing timely. Set up new vendors by coordinating with Legal and Finance, maintain accurate ERP data, and issue quarterly Schedule Agreements. Assist with pricing discrepancy and goods received resolution, identify PPV opportunities for customer approval, and collaborate on freight estimations. Requires proficiency in Excel, bilingual Mandarin skills preferred, and 2+ years in purchasing or commodity management. Contract electronic manufacturing experience is a plus.
