Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist role focusing on driving 100% compliance with sourcing/procurement procedures, vendor creation/updates, and delivering hard savings for JLL’s client base. Responsibilities include implementing price agreements, monitoring deliveries/claims/exchanges, liaising between internal service requesters and suppliers, ensuring policy compliance, linking supplier capabilities to client needs, executing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, and contributing to regional sourcing strategies. Requires a college/technical degree and 2 years in purchases, logistics, finance, or supply chain; advanced English (Portuguese desirable); strong Microsoft Office skills; negotiation, teamwork, and communication strengths; on-site position in Belen, CR.
Required Qualifications
- Academic College or technical institute's degree
- 2 years of background experience in purchases, logistics, finance or supply chain management
- Advanced English level, Portuguese desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- General Negotiation skills
- Effective in teamwork and client service
- Good communication skills
