Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist for biomedical parts responsible for researching medical parts, negotiating with suppliers, collecting pricing, availability, warranties, and other details for medical parts; translate customer care needs to suppliers and relay information to the Catalog team; perform data entry and multi-tasking; interact with PartsSource personnel and suppliers; requires knowledge of Biomed/Imaging parts, strong interpersonal/communication skills, time management, problem solving, and meeting departmental KPIs; hybrid work culture with flexible in-office and remote collaboration; HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer service experience recommended.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Knowledge of Biomed/Imaging parts and systems
- Microsoft Office and Excel
