Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist Indirect NAM will develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies for MRO, Capex, plant services; negotiate contracts; drive Total Cost of Ownership with reliable, compliant suppliers; monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving actions; collaborate with site management, engineering, SHE, and peers; travel quarterly to plant sites to meet with personnel and suppliers; requires a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years’ experience), 3+ years in indirect sourcing, SAP experience preferred, CPSM/CPSD a plus, and willingness to travel ~10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years’ of relevant experience) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Sourcing/Procurement
- SAP experience strongly preferred
