Job Summary
Map markets and engage passive, in-demand talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to build proactive pipelines for TA Partner-run searches. Draft personalized outreach at volume with AI tooling, surface non-obvious channels, and compile market insights on talent availability and competitive dynamics. Conduct initial qualification screens to surface candidate viability and interest, then hand off qualified pipelines with market context to partners. Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables and maintain data hygiene through disciplined candidate dispositioning. Partner directly with senior TA Partners on ICON's most critical searches to find the people no job post will ever reach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency
- Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain
- Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of sourcing experience with demonstrated independent sourcing on specialized roles
- Experience sourcing technical or hard-to-fill roles — engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction / AEC
- Hands-on use of AI sourcing and outreach tooling at volume
- Experience in a high-volume or search-firm environment
