Job Summary
Sourcing Recruiter focused on identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent. Responsible for talent sourcing, initial screenings, and full-cycle recruiting, including pipeline development and collaboration with hiring managers. Build strong candidate experiences, track recruitment metrics, and support college recruiting events and the summer intern program. Leverage social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to attract high-caliber professionals who align with company culture and values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in HR, business, or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Boolean searches, social media outreach, and networking
