Job Summary
Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines for specialized engineering roles in structural, mechanical, avionics, and electrical engineering. Execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers, and engage prospects to screen and interview for positions requiring security clearances. Act as a subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership, collaborating with business unit leaders on scoping discussions and weekly tag-ups. Prepare search status reports, lead client update meetings, and dive deep into technical requisition requirements. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to coach and develop colleagues while identifying and hiring the best candidates to design, test, and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of experience in recruiting
- 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions
- Strong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
- Demonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methods
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Standard Background Check
- Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
