Sourcing Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead complex sourcing and supply chain projects related to Productivity, Supply Chain Development, and Enterprise Programs. Manage supplier transfers, localization, exits and transitions between suppliers; oversee localization projects, RFQ/RFP processes, and risk management. Develop integrated project plans and schedules to achieve objectives, drive cost reductions and productivity, and ensure alignment with manufacturing strategies. Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering to support technology or manufacturing strategies; independently drive execution of supply chain solutions and mentor others. Preferred certifications include CPIM, CPSM, or PMP; Lean/Six Sigma desirable. Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on crossing functions and managing cross-divisional relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management or operations management experience
