Sourcing Operations Systems & Processes Leader

Consolidate demand forecasts from business units and sites while evaluating and enhancing existing sourcing systems to meet internal and cross-functional needs. Partner with the Senior Leader on implementing new sourcing technologies, collaborating with IT to ensure system compatibility and identifying opportunities for process optimization using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Monitor key performance indicators, facilitate user training, and act as a liaison between procurement and other functional areas to align systems and processes. Support the Long Range Forecast process for cost, volume, and capacity trends, coordinate price uploads, and ensure compliance with regulations while mitigating risks associated with system changes. This role supports the Aeroderivative & Generator team at the Veresegyház site, requiring bilingual communication in English and Hungarian.
